Trust Companies Regulations
This set of regulations applies to all licensed trust companies.
It sets out requirements relating to:
- Licensing and appointments of resident managers and directors.
- Fit and proper criteria.
- Capital and professional indemnity insurance.
- Conduct of business.
- Record keeping and the reporting of accounts to MAS.
