Who is eligible for the TEDA Program?

Fresh Polytechnic/ University Graduates.

What qualities are MAS looking for during selection for TEDA Program?
We are looking for someone with good learning attitude and have the capacity to build tech and data solutions to address real world challenges.
Will training be provided?
To equip all TEDA participants with the relevant skills required of a tech professional in the financial/government sector, the program has been carefully curated to cover the following areas:

1. Foundational Technical Skills

2. Personal Development

3. Appreciation of Government & Financial Sector courses

4. Technical Domain Skills/Technical Professional Certification

What is the difference between TEDA and Graduate Officer Scheme?
TEDA is a 2-year tech and data-focused programme where we look for candidates who are interested to build tech and data solutions to tackle real world challenges in the financial/government sector. Successful candidates will be guided by technical mentors and specialists to strengthen the technical foundation in the track of their choice. MAS Graduate Officer Scheme targets applicants with no tech and data background where successful candidates are assigned to roles in Financial Supervision, Economic Policy or Corporate Development.
How long is the probation period?
The probation period is 6 months.
What is the salary range if I am shortlisted as a TEDA Officer?
We believe in attracting the best talents to join us and motivate them to contribute their best to the organisation. As a TEDA participant, total remuneration package will be competitive.
