Entities that are no longer exempt pursuant to the Payment Services (Amendment) Act 2021 (Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2024 (“Transitional Regulations 2024”)

The following entities were previously granted an exemption from holding a licence under the Payment Services Act ("PS Act") for the previously unregulated payment services for a specified period, but are currently no longer exempt.
