Notice TCA-N04 Reporting of Suspicious Activities and Incidents of Fraud
When to report suspicious activities and incidents of fraud.
Issued pursuant to:
This notice applies to licensed trust companies and private trust companies exempt from licensing.
It requires them to lodge Form F1 with MAS within 5 working days after discovering any suspicious activities or incidents of fraud, where such activities or incidents are material to the safety, soundness or reputation of the company.
