Notice SFA 04/13-N01 Cancellation Period for Collective Investment Schemes Constituted as Unit Trusts
Sets out the obligations of unit trust managers and other relevant persons in relation to a cancellation of the purchase of units in a unit trust by an investor.
This notice applies to unit trust managers and other relevant persons specified in paragraph 5 of the notice, who shall provide to investors a right to cancel an agreement to purchase units in a unit trust.
Sets out the requirements for offer of units in a collective investment scheme, including, the criteria for approved trustees, covenants to be included in the trust deed, prescribed contents in a prospectus, advertisements requirements, and restricted schemes.
