This notice applies to all finance companies. It sets out:

The power of the Authority to require a finance company to comply with sections 23, 26, 27 and 31 of the Finance Companies Act on an aggregated basis, if needed.
Requirements on compliance with sections 23(1)(d), 23(1)(e), 26 and 27 of the Finance Companies Act on an aggregated basis.
Procedure for compliance on an aggregated basis.
