This notice requires a bank which is incorporated outside Singapore to:

Seek MAS' approval for the appointment of its chief executive or deputy chief executive.
Comply with MAS' directive to remove its chief executive or deputy chief executive.
Ensure its chief executive and deputy chief executive carry out the stated responsibilities of these roles.
